Food for Life Wellness Centre is owned and run by husband and wife team Carmel Rose and Abbas Ghadimi.
We offer a range of alternative and complementary treatments, Homeopathy, Colour Therapy, Aura-Soma colour care system and Systematic Kinesiology. Our wellness clinics are above our busy health food store.

The Health store is open from 9:30am – 6pm Monday – Saturday, with ample parking. You can call in to the shop or phone with your inquiries we will be delighted to assist in any way that we can, for treatments it is recommended to make an appointment for a private consultation. All our clients are treated with the strictest of confidence. We believe firmly that prevention is better than cure and that we should all look after our minds and bodies.

We believe health is the most important thing that we have and prevention of illness is always the better option to take. It is usually a few small adjustments that will make a big difference.

  • We provide combinations of HEALTH FOOD and HEALTH CARE PRODUCTS (including natural cosmetics, natural supplements, and homoeopathic products and environmentally friendly products, also large variety of herbal teas and herbal medicine).

A little bit about us. We have worked in the health industry for over 20 years and it gives us great joy and satisfaction to help people to reach their optimum health.

Abbas is a registered Homeopath and studied over a 7 year period, including 2 years on chronic disease. His many patients come from all over Ireland and abroad.

His book “Excuse Me is This Your Body” is both entertaining and informative. Both his humour and passion for healthcare make it an easy read.

Carmel Rose loves working with people and has studied Aura-Soma in Ireland and UK at the Arts and Science International Academy of Colour Theraputics. AS.I.ACT she is a colour consultant, practitioner and teacher and also practices Systematic Kinesiology.

We both run our Wellness Clinics from above our health food store Food for Life, in Callan, Co.Kilkenny.
